UK mainland delivery: £3.50

  • £3.50 delivery on all orders up to 20kg

  • Typically 1-2 working days delivery time.

  • Dispatched on weekdays only. If you place an order at the weekend we will dispatch your parcel first thing on Monday morning.

  • Our courier is DPD

  • We don not pack or dispatch on Bank Holidyas

What happens if I’m not in?

  • If you are not present to take your delivery of Patio Bright, the courier will leave your parcel in a safe place and notify you with a note.

Late deliveries

  • If your delivery is late, this could be because of a delay in dispatch.

  • Sometimes during busy periods an order can miss the deadline for dispatch, but it will go out the following day.

  • Sometimes there isn’t any stock, so we will be busy making a new batch.

  • If your delivery is late, please complete the order tracking form and we will quickly diagnose the problem for you.

Returns

We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns for any products purchased through our e-commerce store. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and integrity of our customers and staff, particularly due to the nature of our chemical-based liquid patio cleaner.

Reasoning:

  • Safety concerns: Chemical-based products pose inherent safety risks during transportation and storage. Accepting returns increases the likelihood of mishandling, spills, or exposure, which could compromise the safety of our customers and logistics personnel.

  • Product integrity: Once our chemical-based liquid patio cleaner leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee its condition or composition. Changes in storage conditions or handling can affect the integrity of the product, potentially rendering it unsuitable for resale or reuse.

  • Regulatory compliance: Strict regulations govern the handling, transportation, and disposal of chemical-based products. Accepting returns complicates compliance efforts and increases administrative burdens, potentially leading to regulatory non-compliance.

Exceptions:

  • In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order. We will promptly assess the issue and provide appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
